Teleperformance is a true global giant in the world outsourced customer service sector. It has a turnover in excess of $3 billion, operates contact centres in 46 countries and employs around 138,000 people worldwide. It is a firm that is often the first point of contact for the customers of its clients, so it understands that first impressions count. This thinking extends to its own offices, where the design of reception areas has to say everything about its values and identity.

Teleperformance Bristol Reception
Client

Overview
Teleperformance felt that the reception of its Bristol contact centre needed a refresh. Fresh Workspace were called on to reinvigorate the space with a light, modern design that was welcoming for both visitors and employees. The result is a contemporary, airy space that has due regard for security and client confidentiality with the installation of turnstiles for the 300 staff on site.

“We spent a very long time in the planning process to ensure that the Reception refurbishment reflected the correct image for Teleperformance. The visuals provided by Fresh Workspace allowed us to explore a number of options before deciding on the final scheme. The selection of the turnstiles was critical due to the high footfall and their impact on the scheme. Fresh Workspace delivered the project on time and more crucially, on budget.”
