Overview
A rebrand is a crucial time for any business and TM Group wanted theirs to apply to every aspect of their business, including their workplace. The rebranding of the workplace took place over a weekend to be a surprise for staff. The work included not only the installation of graphical elements and digital wallpapers, but a new working culture with soft seating, break out space, a new boardroom with seating, carpets and lighting appropriate to the new brand, games facilities and a cafe. Fresh is now set to install new sit/stand desks for staff to emphasise the firm’s commitment to wellbeing and productivity.
