One of the UK’s top performing housing associations is Herefordshire Housing which owns and operates around 5,800 homes solely in Herefordshire. The Association recently appointed Fresh Workspace to design and carry out a major refurbishment of its offices in Hereford city centre to improve and extend the services offered to local people, facilitate better communication between teams and increase the productivity of employees.

Overview
As part of the programme to revitalise their image, Herefordshire Housing commissioned Fresh Workspace to radically change the way they approached their workplace. By tearing down barriers, Fresh Workspace opened up their offices to improve communications and create a more collaborative environment. The creation of a central tea point and breakout area on the Ground floor accessible to all staff ensured a focal point for everyone in the business including external stakeholders.
