Teleperformance is a true global giant in the world outsourced customer service sector. It has a turnover in excess of $3 billion, operates contact centres in 46 countries and employs around 138,000 people worldwide. The scale and global scope of the business means that its management team must have access to space that enhances their decision making and allows them to collaborate across national boundaries with colleagues in other geographies.
